Terms & Conditions

Service Delivery

Tropix Media delivers high-quality content on time. Once you submit the onboarding questionnaire, we aim to provide all deliverables within 10 business days, as long as we have all the necessary information. Revisions are usually completed within 1-3 business days.

Support

To keep costs low and service fast, we provide support only through written communication via our dashboard, live chat, or email. We do not offer phone support.

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime through Client Connect by selecting 'Manage Subscription' in your order. We do not provide prorated refunds for early cancellations.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds as our team puts time and effort into creating custom content. Payment covers the work performed.

Revisions

We aim to create great content, but clear communication is key. If you’re not happy with the first draft, it may be due to unclear instructions. We’re happy to revise based on your feedback 3 times in your first month and continue revisions based on your plan

Feedback & Approvals

Once we deliver your content, timely feedback or approval is expected. If we don’t hear from you before your next billing cycle, all content for that month will be available for you to download and post at your own discretion. Revision requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your content.

Scheduling & Posting

  • We only post content you approve.

  • At least one social media account must be connected to our scheduling platform for us to post.

  • Please check your accounts to ensure posts are going live and let us know if anything fails to publish.

Technical Issues

If you have trouble connecting your social media accounts to our platform, this does not qualify for a refund. 

If connection issues persist, you can download the content and post it yourself. Scheduling and posting are free, value-added services, and we’ll assist with any technical issues within our control.

Respect & Professionalism

We expect professional and respectful communication. If a client is rude or disrespectful, we reserve the right to cancel services immediately without warning.

Delays After Sign-Up

Your service starts as soon as you sign up and complete the onboarding questionnaire.

If you sign up but don’t complete onboarding, your payment will not be refunded. Instead, it will be converted into credits you can use anytime in the future. These credits never expire.

If Tropix Media causes a delay, we’ll adjust your billing date accordingly.

Non-Responsiveness

Your service continues even if you don’t respond.

  • If you don’t approve content within a month, it will be auto-approved, but we won’t post it until you confirm.

2. Refund Policy

By signing up, you acknowledge that all services are non-refundable.
This policy is due to the non-returnable nature of personalized digital services and manual labor. We are not a full-service agency; rather, we offer a low-cost creative services subscription that you can cancel on a month-to-month basis.
 

  • No Refunds:
    We do not offer refunds for any reason, as our team dedicates significant time and effort to creating and managing your bespoke content, website designs, and brand identities.
     

  • Connectivity Issues:
    For social media management, you pay for the creation of content. Since posting and scheduling is provided as a complimentary service, no refunds will be issued for related issues. We will, however, endeavor to resolve any technical issues.
     

  • Results & Performance:
    Deliverables are only one component of overall business outcomes. We do not guarantee specific results, as many external factors may influence performance. You are paying for creative deliverables based on your brief and feedback.


3. Tropix Media Obligations
3.1
Tropix Media will provide services in accordance with our standard policies and procedures. We reserve the right to reject any client for any reason.

3.2
Our rules, policies, and operating procedures may change at our discretion, including adjustments to pricing and package inclusions.

4. Fees & Payment

4.1
Fees for services are payable in full in advance. A valid credit card must be maintained on file for monthly payments. You authorize Tropix Media to charge your credit card for the fees specified herein.

4.2
Initial charges are paid in advance, and monthly management fees remain due until the agreement is cancelled or modified. Unpaid charges will result in suspension of services until full payment is received. All payments are non-refundable.

4.3
Except in the case of Tropix Media’s material breach, refunds will not be issued. Fees cover the time and work performed and are not contingent on marketing results or the ability to connect accounts for scheduling and posting. Credits, free days, or billing adjustments may be offered for mistakes on our part.

4.4
Cancellation is available at any time through the Client Portal by opening your order, clicking “manage subscription,” and selecting “cancel.” Prorated refunds are not provided for early cancellations.

4.5
Services will continue even if you do not respond to or approve content. Unapproved content will be automatically approved after one month. Clients are entitled to one round of edits per month.

4.6
Clients should review their social media accounts, websites, and brand materials regularly—spending approximately 10 minutes each month—to ensure satisfaction with the delivered work. Tropix Media is not responsible for missed posts or for editing/removing content published more than one week prior.

4.7
You grant us permission to showcase your company logo and social media links. If you prefer that we do not use your social media information or design work in our advertising efforts, please notify us in writing.

4.8
By signing up, you agree to these terms and conditions. We will vigorously pursue any client who breaches these terms.
 
4.9 One-Time Promotional Offer Use
The $1 promotional offer is strictly limited to one use per business. By signing up, you agree not to cancel and re-subscribe under the same or different business names to repeatedly access the introductory rate. Tropix Media reserves the right to suspend services and/or charge the full standard monthly rate if we detect misuse of this offer. Continued abuse may result in account termination without refund.


5. Warranty Disclaimers

5.1 Refund Policy
No refunds are available. Due to factors such as reliance on third-party platforms, potential disconnections, onboarding processes, and our month-to-month subscription model, all sales are final. If we fail to deliver at least one post or design element in a month, you agree to accept credit for the value of that deliverable. Tropix Media makes no guarantees regarding performance, results, or quality.

5.2
Tropix Media disclaims all warranties related to this Agreement, the Services, and any materials or assistance provided, including warranties of merchantability, performance, trade practices, title, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Indemnity

6.1
You agree to indemnify Tropix Media and its affiliates from any losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from any breach of this Agreement or claims related to the use of intellectual property. You assume liability for any assets provided and used in the creation of deliverables.

7. Social Media Account Issues

7.1
For our social media management services, you indemnify Tropix Media and its affiliates from any losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from issues such as social media account suspensions, copyright matters, loss of access, deletion, or other problems related to third-party platforms.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1
Tropix Media shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the preceding one (1) month of services.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and may only be amended in writing. It is governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes will be resolved there. Notices will be provided via DK Postal Services. Any invalid provisions shall be severed with minimal impact on the remainder of the Agreement.

10. Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)

10.1
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that during our service provision you may share confidential information, including details of your business operations, clients, and proprietary data. We commit to using this information solely to deliver our services and not for any other purpose.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that this information remains secure and is only shared with employees or subcontractors who need access to provide our services, all of whom are bound by similar confidentiality obligations.

You agree that the information shared must remain confidential and will not be disclosed publicly. We will not use or disclose such information except as necessary for service delivery or as required by law. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect during our service provision and for two years after its conclusion. Breaches of this confidentiality obligation may result in legal action to prevent further disclosure and to recover damages.

11. Credit Card Disputes

11.1
Charges are presumed accurate unless disputed within 14 days. Any dispute will halt credits, refunds, and ongoing work on your account. We prefer to resolve disputes through negotiation. Even if a dispute is resolved in your favor, if your bank rules contrary to these terms, we will invoice you for the disputed amount and any associated fees. Payment is due upon receipt, and failure to pay may result in legal action.
